Word Race Game — Free Online

A word race game built for the chaos of a real party: 5 words on a card, 30 seconds on the clock, and a dice working against you. The clue giver describes as fast as humanly possible while the rest of their team yells guesses. The other team watches the timer and lives for the moment they get to shout "Time's up!"

The flow of a turn

1. It's your team's turn. The screen rolls a 3D animated dice for everyone to see.
2. You hit "Ready". The 30-second timer starts and 5 words appear on screen.
3. Describe each one freely (no forbidden words like in Taboo) — say anything except the word itself.
4. Tap each word as your team guesses it.
5. When time's up: total guessed minus your dice roll = your score for the turn.

Why it works for any group size

• 4-12 players ideal. Two teams, take turns.
• One phone is enough. Pass it to whoever's describing.
• No setup time. Open the link, type team names, play.
• Adjustable length. Pick a target score: 15 (quick), 25 (standard), 40 (epic).

What kinds of words show up?

Random mix from celebrities, sports, tech, entertainment, nature and general everyday objects/concepts. Optional spicy pack adds adult-only words for after the kids go to bed. Bilingual database — switch to Spanish from the language toggle.
